Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be comfortable and enjoy your new shoes so we'll make sure we fit you to the very best of our ability. However, only you know what's comfortable to you.

Only unworn shoes in the original box with receipt may be returned. If you're unsure about the comfort or fit of your new shoes, please wear them inside your home while testing them. We cannot take back any shoe that cannt be sold again as new.

We will exchange any item within 30 days of the purchase date but refunds will only be issued within 10 days of the purchase date.

There are no returns or exchanges on final clearance (RED TAG) items.
